Salary: Annual fixed cash compensation paid to executives.
Bonus: Discretionary cash payments made in addition to regular salary.
Nonequity: Performance-based compensation paid as cash rather than equity.
Total Cash: Salary plus annual variable cash.
Stock Awards: Annual grant date fair value of all full-value equity awards including RSAs, RSUs, etc.
Option Awards: The grant-date fair value reflecting contractual rights to purchase company stock at a fixed price.
Pension: The incremental change in pension value and above-market earnings in NQDC plans.
Other: Excess benefits and perquisites greater than $10,000.
