Our Salary Survey Process

At ERI SalaryExpert, we believe in the power of data. We compile the most robust salary, cost-of-living, and executive compensation survey data available. ERI SalaryExpert collects data using three distinct methods: direct collection from organizations, digitization of publicly available tax documents (such as 10Ks and Forms 990), and purchases of salary surveys.
